Mr. Brooks will review the Colonial and Revolutionary War era iron
making industry on Lawsons Fork Creek
in the area that became the town of Glendale in Spartanburg County.

Reverend Neely is the author of several books on local history and is a
frequent contributor of stories and articles to the
